Darkness

Are you familiar with the feeling when you are dying to go for a holiday but it's not possible at the moment? Great, so that's what I'm going to complain you about today. It always happens to me at the beginning of February, when the vacation and to be precise, the last travel abroad or other exciting place, is already half a light year behind me and the adventurous side in me requires a new thrill and the routine side of me requires an urgent change of a landscape. And naturally because I am a student or still a studying this period of "Overseas longing" usually happens to me during the exams time: just when the boredom from studying to the next exam is at it's peak and the only landscape I see day after day is the view out my window. And if we'll go deeper on the subject, the fact that suddenly everybody around me are going to Paris does not help at all: strolling at the city, visiting beautiful shops, enjoying breathtaking views and eating Macaroons. Please take me with you... Well, meanwhile all what is left for me is to wait to usual winter zimmer  that has become a tradition for us and a late Valentine's Day celebration which also falls in the exam period! Then as you can imagine all I have to do now is be patient, drink Kusmi rose tea bought somewhere in August in Paris and dream about better days.

A  few words about what I'm wearing, I chose to wear this time something a little dark and Gothic . And I must say that it was not on purpose. Leaving the house I felt really cool, and only as I uploaded the pictures to the computer I saw the darkness of the outfit. Frankly, I still find it quite nice, what do you think?

מכירים את התחושה שבא לכם לצאת לחופשה אבל לא מתאפשר? יופי, אז על זה אני הולכת לבכות לכם היום. זה תמיד קורה לי בתחילת הפברואר, כאשר החופשה ואם לדייק נסיעה לחו"ל או מקום מרגש זה או אחר נמצאת במרחק חצי שנת אור מאחורי והצד ההרפתקני שבי דורש ריגוש חדש והצד השגרתי שבי דורש שינוי נוף דחוף. ומטבע הדברים מכיוון שאני סטודנטית או עדיין סטודנטית תקופת געגוע חו"לי הזאת נופלת לי על תקופת המבחנים: דווקא כשהשעמום מחרישה למקצוע זה או אחר בשיאו והנוף היחיד שאני רואה יום אחרי יום הוא זה שנשקף מחלון של משרד החרישות שלי, אשר ידוע בציבור גם כחדרי. ואם כבר נרד לעומק העניין, העובדה שפתאום כולם מסביבי טסים לפריז לא עוזרת בכלל: יופי, אתם תטיילו בחנויות, תהנו מנוף עוצר נשימה ותחרסמו מקרונים לצלילי צרפתית עורבת אוזן של הבאים והשבים. אולי תקחו אותי גם?! אני בחורה קטנה ולא אוכלת הרבה, אז אולי בכל זאת?! מה שנשאר לי זה הציפייה לצימר החורפי הקבוע שלנו שהפך כבר למסורת ולחגיגה של יום האהבה/ יום תחילת הזוגיות שאף הם נופלים על תקופת המבחנים באופן לא מפתיע כלל! אזי כפי שאתם יכולים לתאר לעצמיכם, כל מה שנשאר לי זה להתאזר בסבלנות, ללגום תה קוסמי בטעם ורדים שנקנה אי שם באוגוסט בפריז ולשפוך שורה אחר שורה את המחשבות המתרוצצות אצלי בראש.

ואם נגיד כמה מילים על מה שאני לובשת, בחרתי ללבוש הפעם משהו קצת אפל בעל קונוטציה גוטית. ואני חייבת לציין כי זה קרה לא בכוונה תחילה. ביציאתי מהבית הרגשתי זה מגניבה וקולית, ורק כאשר העלתי את התמונות למחשב קלטתי את המוד האפל של הלוק. האמת, אני עדיין מוצאת אותו די נחמד, מה דעתכם?
